For the live-in vehicle fields — a real bed, a hot shower and your own loo.
A 6-berth Roller Team 675 — automatic, fully equipped, and collected from us near Leamington Spa.
Two reasons, and both work in your favour. We have a 6-night minimum in peak season, and we can’t take vans back on a Sunday. Tue–Mon means you arrive the day before the gates get busy and you drive home on the Monday, after the Sunday-night exodus has cleared. You keep the van for the whole festival and the night it ends.

Festival week is the one time you really don’t want to be rushing. Whichever dates you book, these are the windows — so you can plan the drive down.
Allow 45 minutes for the handover — we walk you round the van, show you the gas, water, toilet and hook-up, and answer everything before you drive off.
Agree your exact slot with us at least a day beforehand. Arriving outside your window without telling us is charged at £50.
Also allow 45 minutes for the return inspection. Build in plenty of slack — traffic leaving Worthy Farm once the festival ends is slow, and a late return is chargeable.
Plenty of people set off early and have breakfast on the road rather than risk it.
A festival field is not a campsite. Knowing this before you set off is the difference between a brilliant week and a cold shower on the Friday.
Expect no mains power, so the 230v sockets won’t work. You’re on the leisure battery and gas all week. Charge power banks before you come, and bring a 12v car charger for phones.
We hand the van over full. Refilling on site is usually a walk with a container, so treat the tank as your week’s supply. Short showers, and use the festival taps and showers where you can.
The onboard loo is a chemical toilet and you may not be able to empty it until you leave. Use the festival facilities as your default and you’ll be glad you did by Saturday.
Live-in vehicles generally stay put for the whole festival — you can’t pop out and drive back in. Do your big shop on the way down, not once you’re on site.
Don’t plan around one. Run the engine briefly each day if the leisure battery needs topping up — we’ll show you how at handover.
A live-in vehicle pass covers the vehicle only. Everyone sleeping in the van still needs their own festival entry, arranged directly with Glastonbury.
Glastonbury publishes its own live-in vehicle rules nearer the time and they can change between festivals — always check the official guidance for 2027 before you travel.
Bedding, camping furniture, a drive-away awning, a BBQ pack and a welcome food hamper can all be added when you book.
As early as you can. We have a small fleet and only one Glastonbury week, so it goes quickly once festival-goers start planning. Availability on this page is checked live, and £630 secures a motorhome with the balance not due until 45 days before you collect.
Yes, but only into the designated live-in vehicle fields, and only with a live-in vehicle pass arranged directly with the festival. Without that pass a motorhome can’t come on site.
£2,100 for the six nights of Glastonbury week (Tue 22 to Mon 28 June 2027), plus a £1,500 refundable security deposit. Shared between six people that works out at roughly £58 each per night.
No. Booking this far ahead, you pay 30% of the hire charge to secure the van — £630 — and the £1,470 balance is due 45 days before you collect, so by Saturday 8 May 2027. The £1,500 security deposit is taken from your booking card three days before collection, not at the time of booking, and is released once the motorhome is back with us in good order. We accept Visa and MasterCard, credit or debit.
Not quite — we have a six-night minimum in peak season and we can’t accept Sunday returns, so Glastonbury week runs Tuesday 22 to Monday 28 June. You get the van for the whole festival plus the night it finishes, and you miss the Sunday-night traffic.
Collection is between 2pm and 4pm on your collection day, and return between 9am and 11am on your return day, whichever dates you book. Allow 45 minutes at each end for the handover and return inspection, and agree your exact slot with us at least a day before. Leave yourself plenty of time getting back — traffic off Worthy Farm is slow once the festival ends, and late returns are chargeable.
No. Expect to run on the leisure battery and gas for the week, so the 230v sockets won’t work. Bring charged power banks and a 12v charger. Generators aren’t permitted, so don’t plan around one — we’ll show you how to keep the battery topped up at handover.
Not as standard. Bring your own bedding and towels, or add our bedding & towel pack when you book. Camping furniture, a drive-away awning, a BBQ pack and a welcome food hamper can be added the same way.
From us near Leamington Spa and Rugby in Warwickshire, close to the M40 and M6. Worthy Farm is about a two-hour drive from there.
A standard UK car licence covers our motorhomes, and they’re automatic. We’ll walk you through everything at handover, and most people find them easier to drive than expected.
We only have four motorhomes and one Glastonbury week. Glastonbury week goes quickly, so don’t leave it.
