Hiring a motorhome should be simple and transparent. Here's a plain-English rundown of what's covered, the deposit, mileage and the optional extras — so there are no surprises.
What's included as standard

Drivers and age
Cover is for drivers within our insured age range holding a full licence. Additional named drivers can be added at booking. If you're unsure whether you qualify, just ask us before you book.
The security deposit
A refundable security deposit is held at the start of your hire and returned in full once the motorhome is back undamaged, with waste emptied and a full tank of fuel. It covers things like the insurance excess in the event of a claim.
Excess and damage cover
Like a hire car, there's an insurance excess — the amount you'd contribute towards an own-fault claim. Ask us about an optional excess reduction for extra peace of mind. Everyday wear and tear is expected; we'll only ever charge for genuine damage.
Mileage and longer trips
The included 150 miles a night suits most trips comfortably. Planning something epic like the NC500 or chasing the Tour de France? Add an extra mileage bundle at booking and travel worry-free.
Optional extras
